COMPARATOR USING BASIC LOGIC GATES

hey guys this is my project which compares two two bit number and provide answer that first number is greater ,less than or equal to second one.

LOGIC:
1)In this circuit we are comparing two numbers means we are checking that a=b ,a>b or a,b.
2)for a=b ,we know that xnor gate is equality tester so that we are developing xnor gate from xor and not gate and giving first bits of both number as input of one xnor and other  bit of both number   as input of second xnor gate and if we are getting output 1 at both  gates then numbers are equal.
       3)for a<b and a>b .
In method  of addition two bit number using 1’s complement method we are adding 1’s complement of second number in the first number and in addition if we are getting final carry the answer is positivie means a>b and if we are not getting finally carry it means answer is negative   and a<b

Applications:
1) comparator are used in cpu and microcontroller .

2)two bit comparator circuit is used when we want to check that ouput of our circuit is grater then ,less then or equal to our rated output
